Nose
Immediate smokiness as iodine and creosote. Pine resin, barrel char, peppermint and light citrus oil.
Palate
Stunningly vibrant. Bonfire smoke and star anise taking centre stage. Very sweet with subtle white pepper.
Finish
Smoke makes way for resinous wood. Salty with a surprise hint of coconut at the end. Medium-long finish.
